Cancellation , refund and shipping

At Manwise, we value your trust and strive to provide the best products and service experience. This policy outlines your rights and our practices regarding order cancellations, refunds, returns, and shipping.
How can I cancel my order?
An order once placed, can be cancelled only within 2 hours. T
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at manwiseoffical@gmail.com or [+91-85-95-467-468] with your order ID.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per the Return Policy.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to a handling fee of ₹50, which is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.
Can I modify my shipping address after the order has been placed?
Yes, we can modify/change your shipping address provided you contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. However, if the order is processed before you contact us the shipping address will not be modified/changed.
How will I get refund for the cancelled order?
Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For orders canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds do not include shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Returns & Exchange policy
Products eligible for return or exchange must be:
Unopened and unused
In the original packaging
Within 7 days from the date of delivery
Products under Clearance Sale or with limited shelf-life (2–4 months) are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, contact us at care@manwise.in with your order ID and reason for return.
Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout and may vary based on order size, location, and shipping method.
Partial COD orders require advance payment, and the remaining balance must be paid at delivery.
Manwise is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@manwise.in with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification, at no additional cost to you.
